Our Story
Since 1995, Sherif Lotfy — the founder — envisioned Moby Dick to be the place where friends, family as well as guests from all over the world gather in an enchanting casual dining hub; to experience the unique blend of cuisine, music and art come to life wrapped in gracious hospitality.

Our wines
The wine we serve comes from a winery which pays homage to the pharaohs and the ancient tradition of wine making. Grapes are grown in Egyptian vineyards with different well-known international seedlings, which bring you a bouquet of flavors in our wines.
The wine vineyards are plots of land originally farmed by Egyptian forefathers, rich with blessings of the ancient Nile terraces.
Each year’s vintage develops unique characteristics reflecting maturation. Adapted to the local climatic conditions reflecting the unique Egyptian terroir, the grapes are fermented and bottled in a state-of-the-art winery.
